Our agency would like to thank you for your great job at working our accounts forwarded to you on behalf of our client, Blair Corporation. Your office and ours know that these accounts are difficult to work as most of them just had a name and address, and no other information. Sometimes our client would even close an account, after you had been diligently working it, because they believed the consumer's story. Your office has always been very professional and flexible while working these accounts, which we truly appreciated. I do not have any record of any complaints from any consumers on the handling of their accounts.
