Founder & CEO, Mr. Richard Hoffman has 35 years of experience serving in the industry. One the greatest assets of Los Angeles Collection Service Inc. is the members of it's highly experienced management team, in particular, Richard Hoffman, founder.
Mr. Hoffman has 38 years experience in the banking, finance and credit collection industries and in the past, has been recognized for his 30 years of dedicated service to these industries by the California Association of Collectors.
